Here are my details: I’m a licensed psychotherapist providing clinical services in the state of Pennsylvania. I’ve worked with children, teens, families and adults in a variety of settings, for a decade. I do what I do because I love it, and because I know what it’s like to feel alone, misunderstood, not good enough, anxiety driven, undervalued and judged. My goal is to help others learn some of the effective tools and gain some of the helpful insights needed, to aid them in living their best lives.
